1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and windream ("windream," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the windream online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at windream.one (the "Platform").

By completing the windream registration process, accessing the windream Login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the windream Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the Platform in any capacity.

2Eligibility

To register and use the windream Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. windream strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game on the windream Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players on windream.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your location before using the windream Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of windream, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the windream Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep that information current at all times.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of the windream Platform, you must create a windream account by completing the registration process on the windream Login and registration page. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) windream account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. windream reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windream account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. windream will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify windream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• windream reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee or closure, subject to applicable law.
• windream reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the windream Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). windream supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. windream reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

The minimum deposit amount on windream is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the windream Platform at the time of the transaction. windream does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Deposits are generally credited to your windream account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
• windream reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same windream account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• windream reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

windream offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to Filipino players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all windream promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your windream account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited.
• windream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who windream reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or other exploitative behavior — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on the windream Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on windream, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

windream uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real croupiers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

• windream's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, windream reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
• windream is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. windream reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the windream Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one windream account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the windream Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the windream Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any windream software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing windream staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the windream Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the windream Platform — including but not limited to the windream brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of windream or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the windream Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any windream content without prior written consent.
• Use the windream name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any windream content or software.
• Use any windream content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of windream intellectual property may result in legal action. windream actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

9Privacy & Data

windream collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the windream Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the windream Privacy Policy.

windream collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

windream will not sell your personal data to third parties. windream may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to provide the windream service. 10Responsible Gaming

windream is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. windream recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, windream, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the windream Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

windream's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the windream Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their windream account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

windream does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. windream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. windream makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

12Amendments to These Terms

windream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When windream makes material changes to these Terms, windream will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your windream account.

The amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the windream Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the windream Platform and may request account closure by contacting windream support.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and windream arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the windream Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.

windream operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Players who believe windream has acted in breach of applicable regulations may also raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
